The National Board of Directors is composed of active GAP and undergraduate members of Theta Nu Xi Multicultural Sorority, Inc. who serve as a direct extension of the National Organization. The board meets quarterly to address challenges faced by the organization and to strategically guide the organization toward future goals.

The VPIE is responsible for national initiatives related to membership intake and expansion on both the undergraduate and Graduate, Alumnae, and Professional (GAP) levels. She oversees all expansion inquiries, develops our membership education and hazing prevention programs, as well as enforces Sorority policies regarding membership education and hazing prevention.
