2023 National Convention - July 23 - 30, 2023

You are cordially invited to our hybrid 2023 National Convention held July 23-30, 2023 with our business portion happening virtually July 23-26, and in-person and virtual programming happening July 27-30 in Richmond, Virginia, at the Richmond Marriott, 500 East Broad Street, Richmond, VA, 23219.

This year's theme is LUMINESCENCE: Lighting Our Way. In alignment with our national theme, The Butterfly Transcends, we will use this convention to empower members to connect, or re-connect, with each other and the organization, collectively ascend through community and collaboration, and build a strong network of sisters so that we are ready to soar!

As you prepare for this momentous occasion, we encourage you to reflect on what motivates and grounds you. What keeps you going year after year? It can be a multitude of things, but we must always remember that within our purpose comes our light. Our Luminescence is what guides us forward, and our Luminescence Lights our Way towards continued growth and purpose.

Registration for National Convention is now closed. We are only accepting registration for "extra" activities and items listed below. To add extras, you must click "Register Now" on the registration page.

All registrants will be prompted to submit payment once they complete their registration form. You will have the option to pay immediately or pay later. If you choose to pay later, you can access your transaction by simply logging in to Club Express and clicking " Yes, I want to make a payment" in the dialogue box.

All payments for full registration must be received via Club Express by April 15, 2023 @ 11:59 PM PT.

All payments for extras must be received via Club Express by May 15, 2023 @ 11:59 PT.

We are not accepting any payments via PayPal.

Banquet Tickets - includes dinner, guest speakers, and the formal awards & recognition. You may buy a banquet ticket for yourself and a guest without choosing a registration option
Banquet Registration (only option or as extra ticket) - $75

Our 2023 National Convention is brought to you by the Xi Omicron GAP Chapter in collaboration with the National Board of Directors. Chaired by National President LaTasha Golden and Soror Elizabeth Marconi-Solano, Xi Omicron will work with National Board members to care for the design, development, and execution of all Convention activities.
